Evolution of work (spaces)

We’ve come a very long way from the assembly line, haven’t we? All dressed in identical uniforms and given times and ‘bosses’ who direct our every move.

These days, our contribution to society needs to be specialized and conform to countless standards that many people in the working world take for granted. But, in order to specialise, we need to hold on to our individuality. Now that we’re aware of the impact of the environment on our moods and personalities, we can take that extra dimension into consideration when choosing to work for an organisation.

Our work environments require extended periods of time in the company of people working towards the same goal. This can be intimidating, which is why we imagine that so many people go freelance.
